Is the OFH Hub a female-only studio?

Whilst we are female-focused in our coaching, education and services, everyone of all shapes, sizes, genders, and beliefs are welcome!

What memberships do you offer at the OFH Hub?

From 1-2-1 Personal Training to Small Group Personal Training, as well as a range of classes designed to motivate and push you, we have membership options to suit everyone. If you're unsure which membership would suit you best, just drop us a message and we'll be more than happy to chat through the options with you.

I've never really had the confidence to exercise in a gym before - do you help beginners?

Of course!

We cater to all levels of competence and experience, and can make adaptations for any of our members and their circumstances.

Do I need to be fit before I join a membership?

No, not at all. In our experience, we've found that just getting started - regardless of your fitness levels - is the biggest step you can take towards unlocking the power of exercise.

Can I buy a day pass for The OFH Hub?

We have a one-class pass option, as well as a three-class option for individuals looking to try out the OFH Hub before committing to a full membership.
