
We offer a range of classes for individuals who prefer to exercise under instruction in a group setting.
This is a lower body focussed class incorporating a mix of compound lifts, single leg and lateral movement patterns plus glute and core isolation exercises.
This isn’t just a mum’s fitness class where you’re another number in the room. It’s a caring community with limited spaces to ensure you receive individualised support and guidance from a pre and post natal expert to help you to be your strongest self both physically and mentally during and after pregnancy.
Calisthenics suitable for all levels! Callisthenics by definition is “movement with grace”. We will be using our bodyweight, rings, bars and resistance bands to build strength, balance and coordination all whilst tapping into our inner child and having fun!
This class is designed to challenge every major muscle group through a series of timed exercise stations. You’ll rotate through a mix of strength, cardio, and functional movements using equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio machines and bodyweight exercises.
As the name suggests, we will be working through a flow of mobility movements designed to make everyday life feel more fluid and some deep core strengthening work.
This full body HIIT class uses dumbbells and kettlebells and encourages you to elevate your heart rate whilst using weights to improve strength and coordination.
This is your “workout of the day”. Every session will be different but designed with an aim to improve your CV fitness, strength and mobility all in one sweaty session!
