Luke

Luke specialises in calisthenics, core strength, and flexibility, with a strong emphasis on efficient, high-quality training. As a father of two, he understands the challenges of balancing fitness with a busy lifestyle.

Luke works closely with individuals who are short on time, delivering focused, effective workouts that maximise results without compromising on form or safety.

He is also currently working towards an RSPH qualification in nutrition, to support clients in improving their overall health and wellbeing, as well as their fitness.

Ruby

Ruby brings years of experience, incredible energy, and genuine support to every session.

She always makes sure you feel challenged, while taking the time to teach you properly so you leave knowing you’ve executed everything with great form.

She is also trained in pre- and postnatal fitness, allowing her to safely support clients through every stage of their journey.
