Charlotte

Hi, I’m Charlotte—PN1 Certified Nutrition Coach, chef, and founder of Charlotte Cohen Cooks.

Over the past four years, I’ve been creating nourishing, flavour-packed recipes, teaching online cooking classes, and helping individuals and businesses find more joy and ease in the way they eat.

My approach is rooted in balance, simplicity, and the kind of food that both tastes and feels good. Inspired by Mediterranean living, I truly believe that slowing down and cooking from scratch is one of the best ways to reconnect with our bodies and minds.

This retreat is a chance to step away from the noise, savour the process, and experience just how satisfying cooking and eating can be.

Hi, I'm Suzi, owner of Optimising Female Health, PN1 Certified Nutrition Coach and Mental Health & Exercise Coach.

I am passionate about empowering females to build strength both physically and mentally throughout all seasons of their lives, including early adulthood, pre/post natal, peri menopause/post menopause and beyond!

I'm on a mission to cut through the noise, confusion and misinformation around women’s health and fitness and to educate women on behavioural and mindset changes to optimise their nutrition, exercise, hormone health and mental well-being.

No topic is off limits when it comes to female health and my coaching!

The intimate trullo setting is best suited to accommodate 3 pairs of guests. With plenty of downtime between activities, this weekend is the perfect opportunity to catch up with a friend, a sister, a mother, a daughter, and share the experience. (Single rate occupancy is also available).

Where is the retreat being held?

The retreat is being held at Trullo Titiro, Puglia in Italy. Guests will have the exclusive use of the trullo with access to the private pool.

What is the best way to get to the retreat?

We recommend flying into Brindisi Airport, which is the closest to the retreat. Guests can also fly into Bari Airport, which is slightly further away.

When are the key dates and times of the retreat?

We expect retreat guests to arrive from 4pm on 2nd October. The retreat will end with guests leaving by 6pm on the 6th October.

What isn't included in the retreat?

The following items are not included in the price of the retreat: airport transfers (we strongly recommend hiring a car); lunches; additional activities; dinner on Monday evening.

What are the payment terms?

Guests will be charged a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. We expect the remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before the retreat start date.

Charlotte and Suzi will be in touch to discuss paying the remaining balance either in full, or instalments, after your booking is secured.

Minimum guests

Please note, for the retreat to go ahead, we need a minimum of 4 guests. Should the unlikely event occur that this minimum has not been met, you will be issued a full refund for your booking. Your refund does not include any flights or transfers you book for yourself. You will be notified by 31st August if the retreat is cancelled.
