Whether you're just getting started or you're familiar with basic exercises, this course will teach you how to safely use both your body and gym tools to progress at your own pace.

The mission behind the Cali Collective is to provide a community that is inclusive, supportive, fun and helps banish the seeds of doubt in those who want to try calisthenics but are apprehensive.
“I’ve loved calisthenics from the moment I started it.
I love how it has helped me face fears and prove to myself I am capable of hard things, both in calisthenics and in real life. It’s provided me with a means to exercise in a way that is mindful and doesn’t necessarily feel like exercise - it’s just good fun.
I always encourage those interested to give it a go, but far too often I was hearing people say they felt intimidated and unsure where to start. Many told me they couldn’t imagine trying the skills because classes available were often fully booked and filled with 15+ people so not enough attention or support could be given to help them even have the courage to try.
I knew there was a need for smaller groups where you are guaranteed the attention and support required to break down your own self-limiting beliefs.
I wanted to create something that gave an element of 1-1 support, but also the fun of being surrounded by supportive peers. And so, Cali Collective was created.”
At Cali Collective, we combine both the fundamentals of calisthenics alongside the skills to enable you to become the master of your own bodyweight, move with grace and build transferable mobility and flexibility that will improve your day to day life.
The aim here isn’t to compete. Your fellow community members will be alongside you, cheering you on, believing in you so much that you will have no choice but to believe in yourself too!

What Is Calisthenics?
The Cali Collective operates on a 'small group training' basis. This means there will be up to 4 people in any session, with a maximum capacity of 6 people.
This is to ensure that your dedicated coach is able to monitor and train you safely and effectively within the group.
Our timetable is subject to change, however, the current Cali Collective classes take place on a Monday evening and a Saturday morning.
You are able to attend either of these classes.
Whilst payments are taken on a monthly subscription basis, there is a minimum commitment length of 3 months upon signing up.
We require 30 days' notice should you wish to end your membership at the Cali Collective.
Once you are a member of the Cali Collective, you will be send a dedicated booking link each week to be able to book in for the small group sessions.
You can book in for the Cali Collective up to 8 hours before the class starts.
We also have a cancellation and rescheduling policy in place, which is outlined in the Terms and Conditions you receive upon joining the Cali Collective.
