The mission behind the Cali Collective is to provide a course that is inclusive, supportive, fun and helps banish the seeds of doubt in those who want to try calisthenics but are apprehensive.

A Word from Suzi, Founder of the Cali Collective:

I’ve loved calisthenics from the moment I started it.

I love how it has helped me face fears and prove to myself I am capable of hard things, both in calisthenics and in real life. It’s provided me with a means to exercise in a way that is mindful and doesn’t necessarily feel like exercise - it’s just good fun.

I always encourage those interested to give it a go, but far too often I was hearing people say they felt intimidated and unsure where to start. Many told me they couldn’t imagine trying the skills because classes available were often fully booked and filled with 15+ people so not enough attention or support could be given to help them even have the courage to try.

I knew there was a need for smaller groups where you are guaranteed the attention and support required to break down your own self-limiting beliefs.

I wanted to create something that gave an element of 1-1 support, but also the fun of being surrounded by supportive peers. And so, Cali Collective was created.

At Cali Collective, we combine both the fundamentals of calisthenics alongside the skills to enable you to become the master of your own bodyweight, move with grace and build transferable mobility and flexibility that will improve your day to day life.


The aim here isn’t to compete. Your fellow course members will be alongside you, cheering you on, believing in you so much that you will have no choice but to believe in yourself too!
